Introduction

Tracy Shaw trained at The Arden School of Theatre in Manchester and soon gained a well deserved reputation as a versatile character actress in series such as September Song for ITV, it was however her role as Maxine Peacock in Coronation Street that really captured the public’s interest, a role that Tracy played with great energy and variety for 9 years. Since then she has appeared in TV series such as Mile High for SKY1, Casualty for BBC1, Doctors for BBC1 and Grease Monkey’s for BBC3, she is currently a regular guest on Angela & friends for SKY1.

Theatre credits include the highly successful number one tour of The Blue Room, T.S. Eliot’s Murder in the Cathedral and Shakespeare’s Pericles amongst many more, last year she had immense fun performing in her first pantomime where she played Robinson Crusoe.
